COSYWeb

The COSYWeb software is able to import data of one or several company units in order to publish position and order information to customers, agents or service providers. In addition, trading houses with several company units can use COSYWeb to get their company group positions. Reports and their columns are customizable. COSYWeb is based on 4D web server technology. You need a physical server, install the 4D web server and the COSYWeb software, import the data and every browser is able to present the data world-wide via the internet (COSYWeb uses pure HTML and CSS). Authorization (login/password/view type) of every user prevents of not allowed accesses. E.g. a user who is authorized to get the position of customer A gets the login "A" and a password. His or her login, password and view type "customer" is pre-entered by the webmaster. It is also possible to embed COSYWeb into your exisiting web appearance, since font, colours and logos are customizable.

COSYWeb bundled with COSY

COSY and COSYWeb perfectly work together. In COSY all published reports are customizable in a very comfortable way. It is also possible to set the technical settings for the data transfer, the periodicity and daytime of the automatic export. COSYWeb has an automatic import which checks whether a new file arrived (in a pre-defined folder) and imports it immediatly. So it is possible, for example, to set a daily export for several positions at every company unit at a certain local time. If the physical connection between COSY and COSYWeb is available, the data exchange runs automatically. The first page of COSYWeb displays date and time of the last import of every company unit. It is not possible to send data from COSYWeb to the COSY database because of security reasons.
